Bad service

Good day

I made an online application for black Friday 2 devices special on the 1st of December and I'm still waiting for consultant to call me back.

I received a confirmation sms on the 2nd and 3rd of December that a consultant will call me but still no call.

I called the customer service the whole week and still no body from online application called me to finalize my order. Despite calling customer service on many occasions last week, there is no change and still no assistance. I am truly disappointed and hurt
