Bad service

Some time last year we went to Telkom to payoff an account my mother took as sh is no more We went there with a dead certificate and paid off the money n still today we busy receiving emails that sh needs to pay n the bill is going up The router hasn’t been used n when it been witches on it says No service so I do t understand whats going on here am really not happy with the service
