BAD SERVICE

I have been experiencing slow speeds or no internet connection at all for the past months. I called the call centre but they don't assist me just hang up on me. I visited a branch but they didn't assist me instead suggested I phone the call centre... I mean I pay R899 for nothing, and no one can assist me? Why offer a service if you cannot support your users?
