Bad service

On 16 april 2020 i made a complaint about receiption of my LTE router to Telkom. case number ***0. I could not use my router because of bad receiption. On 21 may i went in to the telkom shop and again made a complaint about the coverage and ask that my contract to be canceled. Case number ***3. They told me that i will be contacted but up to now i have not receive any communication and then have already send me a new invoice for a sevice i do not get.
