BAD SERVICE

Telkom is the worst network that inconvenience people. They deliberately not debit your account with the agreed dates so that they can disconnect your services in order for them to charge you connection fee. Last month I again advised them to debit the account on the 01/12. On the 3/12 I did check if it was debited and it was not. I then decided to pay them via EFT and to my surprise on Monday the account is suspended again till today. They told me its not reflecting yet. They don't even want Proof of Payment to speed up the process they just telling me I need to wait 48 hours. I was stuck in traffic yesterday and I could not use the phone to inform the after care.
