Bad service

Telkom has not updated my information on my credit record and is therefore affecting my credit score, i had owed them R4098 and settled this amount the first week in July and yet on my credit report this amount is still reflecting. They are so fast to list and block account but not as dam fast to correct your information on your credit report. I am really ****ed off
