Bad service

I am not happy with Telkom. We have on 3 different occasions submitted an entry for their 1 terrabite wireless network. They never called back. On the one occasion after submitting my request they did phone me but I kindly asked the the caller to call me back after school hours,after three that is. Once again no return call. We are still waiting and haven't heard from them again. Their service is really below standard.
