Bad service

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE !!!! My mom and dad is old and the having a telkom line at home that is off now for a week so that meen no phone for them if there is emergency because the line is off... so am struggling now with the technical aprtment to get the line up again and everyone every day have the same excuse of they working on it and the will call us a meen really telkom how long must we still waiting we pay every month but no service!!!!!!!!
