Bad service

I am with Telkom fibre and every now and then my internet just stop working. Very friendly agents normally help me except last night. The lady her name is Mumsy was so rude to me and did not help me at all. My problem also is that everytime I have a problem the call centre people reset my system and then every thing in my house is disconnected from the internet. Last night this Mumsy lady told me “ sir if you dont do as I say I will end this call then you can try someone else “ THIS is NOT what I expect from Telkom Openserve.
