Bad service

I have being trying to get assistance from telkom since Monday. On Monday I called and was given an amountbof R5700 to be paid and then from end of Aug debit order will continue . Even still today my account still not open. I keep phoning them and their online message does not work.This morning a lady by the name of Phindile said she could mot help as their system are down and must try after an hour.All I want is for my services to be activated.
