BAD SERVICE

I had an account with Telkom a few years ago. I was under the impression the account was paid up only to be told that it reflects on my credit record, no one from Telkom contacted me to advise me of the outstanding amount. I cannot get hold of anyone on the call center numbers. I need a paid up letter or I need to speak to someone URGENTLY!
