Bad Service

I had such an awful experience at Telkom and very disappointed and appalled by the service from their agents. I app**** for an online deal on Tuesday on their #bluebargain promo, I was told the application was pre-approved however waiting for the final decision. It's been 3 days now and I follow up, I speak to very unprofessional consultants who are not helpful. I was told that they can't see my application at 1st, then it was that they are waiting for an outcome, another 1 was that they have backlog and there's nothing they can do. I mean I am an existing customer of theirs but yet are not being appreciate and treated with respect. If you are not interested in doing business with me please let me know so that I can stop wasting my time and money trying to call for a response. And also if you don't have enough stock also tell us so that we can move on as customers. I know feel like I have to beg in order to be assisted and this is so ridiculous. For a big company like @Telkom because revise your service delivery amd also look at training you staff to speak to customers with more respect as this is not impressive at all
