Bad service

Worst customer service ever. Went over from contract to prepaid. My number was recycled as soon as I canceled my contract and given to another customer. Unawares I bough data for the router only to find it doesn't work. Phoned Telkom immediately and reported matter. My money was supposed to be paid back to me within 72 hours. Now a month later I am being **** to and sent from pillar to post but query has not been dealt with or finalized. Telkom is the worst in customer service and I will not be renewing any contracts with them.
