Bad service

I called Telkom Centurion mall (one next to Game) on the 13th of Dec to ask if they have iphone 15 on the black Friday special which was said to be extended and I was told that they have stock I can come through, I went after an hour, when I got there the guy that was assisting me was told by one of his colleagues that the special has ended,while I was with him I called the Brooklyn branch and they told me that the special is still running but they don't have the iPhone 15, I then left without the phone. Today the 14th of Dec I called the other Telkom branch in Centurion mall(next to Dischem) they told me that the special is still on and will be ending some time next week, I then called branch that's next to Game and I spoke to a lady called Mmatema, if I remember correctly, I asked her about the special she said it's still running and when I asked her why was I told that it ended yesterday she decidee to put the phone down and continued talking to someone else, I stayed on the line for a few minutes I then hung up and called again and it wouldn't go through.
