BAD SERVICE

I have never received such bad service; we have multiple contracts with Telkom for our business. Our debit order has not been going off, we have visited the branch, they can't help we have sent multiple email, no response, now our lines are off and we can't get through to them. We have tried paying online without success and they just could not care less, when you call you stay on the line for extremely long without help.
