Bad service

I don't understand why you are still trying to debit my account when I already cancel the contract in January already. This is affecting my credit rating as well as my bank balance because I need to reverse the payment each time.

This is annoying. I'm tired of calling the contact center and be told that my account is canceled and there's no outstanding amount.
