Bad Service

I have been to the Telkom store in Kenilworth Centre on the 16th October 2021 to do an upgrade, they did not have stock of the device but I was promised that within 2 to 3 days they would have stock and would make sure I receive all the extras as there was a promotion. It is now the 28th, I have not received my new device and neither can they tell me when I will get my device, I have called a few times but no one can assist me. Here's to another week of waiting for an order.
