Bad service

I regret upgrading my contract with telkom, i had a chance to cancel my contract but because it is so difficult to get through to them when canceling, i just decided to upgrade my data contract.. Right the just debited my account R1518, 00 instead of R249. 00. I just want to cancel everything and forget about them.
