BAD SERVICE

I have been with Telkom for almost three years and I have only received poor service. I made a payment of R3400 on the 15th April 2025. My service is still suspended, I called them several times they say they can pick up the payment j must wait 7days, today is 7 days..I called again they said they can switch my wifi on endnod the month...What happened to 7days.I am paying Telkom with no service....They very quick to deduct my account without anything in return for me....
