Bad Service

TO WHO IT MAY CONCERN

I have been getting emails that I’m owing you guys, which I don’t understand because my contract ended in 2018 July, & I have made means & cancel my contract, now I’m getting bills for contract I don’t have anymore. On the 1/07/2018 I emailed customer contract and service cancellation request. I have tried getting hold of you guys & to date there hasn’t been any changes done. It’s unacceptable & I will not pay for this rather contest it & take it up with ombudsman.

Its 2021 this matter its still outstanding still hasn't been resolved, I have trail of emails as proof of contract terminated. I"m very disappointed with your service your stupid report is affecting my credit record. Fix this nonsense and clear my account I cant been affected because of your incompetence of your service. I have escalated this matter to credit bureau and Ombudsman because you guys do not care about your customers at all.
