Bad service

I had a phone contract with Telkom mobile. I had taken the insurance as well on the phone. I had canceled the contract and insurance however the insurance continue deducting. I even received the sms stating that the insurance is canceled however I'm receiving the sms stating I owe Telkom and the account is handed over. Telkom are ****mers and *******.
