bad service

I mailed telkom to ask them if my daughter will get a signal where she stays for her computer.I told her to go on 8ta which is Telkom.I wasn't sure if she will get signal and they just didn't bother to mail me back after i mailed them 4 times.My daughter wants to go get a sim for her ****le to start her business but can't cos im waiting for them to let me know.Is it now a days so difficult to just do your job what you get paid for.Its so easy with mail but they can't even do this.I dont remember times i sent mail.
