Bad service

I would just like to share my thoughts as a telkom mobile customer..I feel that your sales department is useless..I called in more than 10 times and spoke to different agents requesting to place through my deal..the one consultant took the info incorrectly ..the other consultants done the full application with me ,vetting was done ,I was pre approved but no one called me to date to advise what is going on with my application..I requested assistance from supervisors and not one call back..As a loyal customer that has 3 contracts with telkom mobile I expected a better service than this!I requested the deal on the PS5 knowing that there is limited stock ..my first attempt was on the 26th Nov ..the consultants I spoke to checked and there was stock available the consultants advise that it will be secured and they would call me back. pleaded for them to give a call back and advise that this was for my kids..I can't believe that this is how you treat your customers atleast give a call back saying sorry we can't help you!!!your business is useless to us and my loyalty does not count!!!my contracts are coming to an end and I will definitely not be dealing with an *********** company like this in the future..
