Bad service

I have order a telkom wifi package on the 4th January 2023 and today is the 03 February 2023 and had so many stories with Telkom. I first struggled with the deposit payments then the person who placed the order never included my router 🙈. So when I followed up on the router being delivered I get to hear my order has been canceled, so I phoned again and then the story is its not been canceled but my router was not included yet again. People this is really bad service how long should a person wait for an order.
