Bad service

Hi I have been and loyal supporter of telkom I have 3 contracts with them I did a 4 th contract with them and it was approved with the otp and Debi check mandate which tells me that all was well upto today I have not received any sort of proof from telkom about my contract now they telling me it's been canceled after I called so I asked them what happens to the Debi check mandate and they tell me don't worry nothing will happen if any extra money comes out of my account I will sew them for false information and money being taken out for something I don't have I am thinking of canceling all my contracts with them so should other people
