Bad service

I am so tired of the bad service from Telkom. We are paying nearly R700 for a fast internet service that's not working for most of the time. If you have to phone to report the service it takes nearly an hour before they even answer the phone. We had 2 ref numbers and most of the time we have no internet. Now after they have worked on it again, the wifi is not working at all!! :) Maybe it is time to move to Afrihost or one of the other internet providers as Telkom does not care about their paying customers!!!!
