Bad service

I have been sitting here at telkom wonderpark for more than an hour just to do a sim swap with no assistance every that comes after me is being assisted and when I ask why they say they say it's because I want to do a sim swap not a contract, what a waiste of my time I will never recommend telkom to anyone
