Bad service

On the 18th November 2019, i went to Telkom Cradlestone mall to apply for a Router of R139 per month. I submitted all my documents including the credit bureau report with a score rating of 750. Where at Telkom i was declined. I just want to understand what criteria are they using and i feel that i am not well attended due to the responses i received even on the customer services.
