Bad Service

In September I received a call from Telkom sales offering me a router I guess me and the agent had a miss understanding i received a home router and I actually wanted a pocket router next day I called Telkom to return the order... I had to call literally every week to follow up why they were not coming to fetch their router eventually they did after 4 weeks. The next month they charged me for terminating the contract, which is a fee I was not suppose to be charged because I called them in time, the 2nd month they charged me more again. I have a cell phone which I'm currently paying so they debited more than what they suppose to and no one could give an answer. They promised to refund me. Reference ***. That was a month ago till this day no communication received and no refund.
