Bad service

This company doesn't even deserve even 1 star. I got a call from one of their debt collectors.

They handed me over because of a payment that has to be made of over R2000.

Just so that you reviewers know I cancelled my telkom adsl line with them on the 3rd of April already the year 2020.

I followed the steps they send me on mail and went on the portal as well to submit it there with the letter head of the company and a copy of my id and so forth.

I really do not appreciate the service and is most utterly discussed with telkoms service.

How could I ever refer someone to them if something happens like this. Did every step like they asked before closing date but still getting handed over because of someone not doing their work properly.
