Bad service

Good afternoon I went to Telkom store,Maluti Crescent mall branch. On the 21 January 2026. I went to the store to upgrademy contract. Staff member assisted me. I was looking for a laptop Huawei D14. It was approved but they told me to wait atleast 3 to 4 days and they promised to call me as soon as they receive it. They failed to call me ,then I decided to visit the store. They told me that the device is discontinued so I need to choose another one. I chose Huawei D16. They gave me a waiting period, I went back to ask if they can atleast estimate the latest date. The answer was "we don't know". I asked to speak to Store manager. Still I did not get an answer. So I had to wait. On the 05 of February 2026. They told me that the device has been arrived. But They can't give it to me since there is no router in the store. With my understanding I was expecting for them to order everything in same time. But they failed that. Instead they ordered the router after laptop arrived to them. Now I am waiting for a router and I don't know how long is it gonna take, since they also don't know. And I explain that I need it from the beginning of February for my classes. It is not my 1st time upgrading with telkom, previous stores assisted me same day. But Maluti store(Phuthaditjhaba)failed me. It is a 3rd week now.
