Bad service

We app**** for a line from Telkom, we have been waiting since September and no one seems to bother themselves about service delivery. I am worried after so much inconvenience if it will be worth the wait. We have been told they having delays to even deliver a SIM card which we ended up opting for in October. We do understand Covid 19 issues but I believe this is won’t be an excuse.
