Bad service

I went to Telkom Eastrand mall. I app**** for a contract where they said "the system is offline" but they will still upload my application. 2 days later I go back to hear what is going on since THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!! EVER!!! The lady that had helped me was not there the day I asked someone else if they had uploaded my application and she said no they had not yet this is now day 4 and I have not hear word from them. They probably have to much business
