Bad Service

I have taken a fibre line contract and have been nicely paying R1270.15 for the past 15 months for the 40MB Uncapped line. Suddenly in October this shot to over R 2000 for no reasons and have called Telkom 3 x already without them being able to resolve the issue. This is bad service at its best and will advise anyone to play far away from Telkom. I even went to their stores in Woodlands and they couldn't help.
