Bad service

Today I had a bad 30 minute Call with telkom 10213 from 2pm, first they can't help me because I have to wait 24 hours, then they can't find my address , then they can't update my address , then they can't help me, then they offer me R249 deal and then say its actually R299 then I'm accused of saying I'll provide New address, all I wanted was to upgrade my contract and after wasting 30 minutes of my airtime I'm still at point zero.
