Bad Service
I have ordered a LTE Mifi router online twice already on the week of the 8th March 2016 because of the long queues at Telkom JHB City, I then received a call on the 16th to complete the order and I'm still not sure if the order was approved or not, as the agent told me that I will receive a call within two working days to finalise the order. I called 10213 countless times and every time I'm on hold for not less than 20 minutes, I just need to complete the order and know if I will get the LTE Mifi router or not, how difficult can that really be.
