Bad Service

I have a contract cellphone with Telkom that I have been paying with out default, and unfortunately for i lost my job in October 2024 and they could not debit their installment and they soft locked my phone but in November they double deducted for both months (Oct & Nov) and the phone was unlocked. Now I just receive email from their debt collectors, WHF is that telkom??
