Bad service

I went for a upgrade at telkom store on Thursday 29/05/29 at Southcoast mall Shellybeach. I looked at the brochure in store and saw the phone I want. The brochure showed the everything that you get with the contract, including a 20gb once off data. The agent Musa also told me that the 20gb is included. When the contract was activated the 20gb was not there. I went back to the store and the manager told me that the 20gb was only for new contracts and not upgrades. I asked him to show me where in the brochure it stipulates that it was for new contracts only. He's said it was not in the brochure but un their system when they do the upgrade. I told him that I was told by the agent that the 20gb was included. He said that there is nothing he can do about it. This is *****ulent advertising and misleading.
