Bad! service!!!!!!!

My husband app**** for two iPhones 14 last week and they told us they will order the phones and contact us within a week,a week passed and they did not contact us. The Telkom shop is located at Steeldale Shopping centre in Johannesburg, today went there to check on what is happening and why they have not contacted us regarding our phone.They told us they had checked all Telkom stores and the were no iPhones. I'm contacting you because I am displeased by their lack of communication and I want to find a way forward on when or how will I get the iPhones because they had assured us they will get the iPhones instead they're are not telling us to go to the iStore. Can you please help me!!
