Bad service

I had about 3 upgrades with telkom and took insurance on my devices and after finishing the contract I continued with the insurance for the past 2 years and after all that time now that the device need repairs they have all kind on stories for the past 2 months as I have been told my claim is being assessed Im about to change my service provider and want nothing to do with telkom ever again this is the reason why they were almost closed down in SA
