Bad service

In short. This telkom branch has 3 reps but only one of them have a working computer. Ive been waiting more than an hour just to verify wether my aria has telkom adsl. But it seems like only one person in the whole branch can check that for me. And unfortunitley he cant tipe faster than one word per minute. The actually let me stand in line for so long that I could post this complaint while waiting. Really you could not ask for worse service than this. Keeping the countries name high, thanks telkom for being so utterly useless!!!!!
