Bad service

i stay in the Malmesbury area where Telkom has no branch. Here in Malmesbury we have to call in in order to find out details of our account etc. our bills we receive late and way over the proposed due date. This has been a problem for a about several months but nobody seems to bother but expect their money on time<br> Recently we have been having trouble with our local post office or so we assume...making delivery of our mail worse. To top that Telkom services has been cut for 2 weeks and nobody knows the details... people here are getting very frustrated and could really do with some help in this matter. We do not want to cut our connection but sofar people are fedup and frustrated.<br> <br> thank you very much<br> customer
