Bad service

I am so so disappointed with Telkom, the beginning of March 2023 i got a call from one of Telkoms sales consultant selling me their router specials, so i got impressed so i took the deal, before the end of March i received an email with my statement stating the installment that am going to pay, the home address on my statement is wrong and i haven't received my router until today and Telkom has been debiting since from March 2023 until April 2023 and when i try to call them, no one helps me😡😡😡😡😡😡
