Bad service

Have a problem with airtime problem when ever I load airtime in my phone it disappear called customer service 5times they never helped me send an email to customer complains just got a respond from automated machine then I requested to talk to the supervisor or manager at Telkom customer care I was refered to a guy called Bongani he said there is nothing that they can do meaning my airtime will keep on disappearing.thats the service you get from Telkom they don't care about customers they don't make any means of helping.
