Bad service

I've been calling telkom to cancel my online order since I won't be at the delivery address, I spoke to one of their agents his name is smilo, he assured me that it is canceled however I get a call today for the delivery, what ******* is this... I have explained that I will be taking the phone from the store and they still are not listening to me I'm so ****ed at these reckless people
