bad service

I app**** for a contract with telkom , the last time I was there they said I need to have an account and atleast pay for 3months which I did , now I try and apply again and then they called me and I spoke to a guy saying that my contract was approved after I've sent him all the necessary documents, he then sent me a mandate but a few days later I still get no call from telkom im the one who then had to call you them in order for me to know about the application and the delivery , I'm really disappointed by this service provider.
