Bad Service

Good Day<br> My telephone line is out of order for more than 2 weeks, everytime i phone in i get the same answer they work on it, and a technician will contact me. I received a sms to say my problem is sorted, and it is not, had to start all over again with reporting. i must pay a full months line fee, but cant use my telephone, and nobody can give met direct answers when it will be sorted out!!!!!! Can somebody please assist me? Regards ****ie
