Bad service

I received a call from Khanyisile who promised to send me an email which she still hasnt. My contract is still not cancelled and I'm not getting any assistance from you. Can somebody resolve this. I'm sick and tired of Telkom and their incompitent staff. I also demand a refund for all those months you've been deducting even after I cancelled the contract.<br> <br> Case no. ***0
