Bad service

I paid my Telkom account in full without canceling my Sim card. After the first bill of R100 for the Sim card. I advised Telkom to cancel my Sim card. The Sim card contract was never canceled. I was billed R1000. Telkom agents never called asthey new that the simcard was never used.
