Bad service

I cant really complain about Telkom service cause there is none! We waited 3months for our business line ti be put in. Thues the tec came instaled the line and left didnt conect the router just left didnt give me my landline number. I had to buy a phone just to get my nr cause call cenre cant assist without it. Been phoning since thues spoke to many many many people everytime after hours the line drops . No one phones back. No one helps. Eventualy after 3days they tel me the number im phoning is the wrong department. So im transfered and guess what that person just transfered me back to same number I phoned. Im fed up now. Im sure i was patient. And dont expect payment for every day that ur **** service doesnt work.
